If you are looking to understand how FTD Mercury exports data to QuickBooks, then this is the webinar you need. Most shops who attend this webinar rarely have questions about how QuickBooks and FTD Mercury interact again! Once you have that understanding between FTD Mercury & QuickBooks, you understand clearly what is going on.
As part of this webinar, you will also learn how to enter your FTD Clearinghouse Statement into QuickBooks. FTD Mercury exports data to QuickBooks and you are required to make entries from your statement to offset or balance.

The rumor is true that the Mercury Technology support team has Quick Books Certified Users. Certain individuals within Mercury Support have passed & obtained certification in QuickBooks. Please understand that this does not make us accountants or bookkeepers - we still can't answer or advise on certain questions. Please feel free to ask and we will answer the question or advise you to talk with your bookkeper or accountant.
So, you ask what is the certification about? The certification indicates that we have undergone training provided by Intuit, the creator of QuickBooks. The training provided to us helped us to understand how the software works and gave us the ability to answer your "how to" questions.
