Bold textHave you forgotten your password to log into the web portal (http://myftdsite.com)? Proceed below to recover your password if you have forgotten it or your password has expired.

NOTE: This is different than having locked your account. If you receive the message "For security reasons your account has been locked and will be available again in 30 minutes." you must wait 30 minutes or contact FOL Support.

Resetting your Password

To reset your password:

  1. Open your Web browser and navigate to the address http://myftdsite.com.
  2. In the login box, select Forgot password.
  3. In the FTD Member Number field, enter your member number.
  4. In the User ID field, enter your user ID.
  5. Click Submit.

A temporary password will be emailed to you. When you log in using your temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new one.

Things to Remember

  • Passwords generated with the Forgot Password tool contain both letters and numbers.
