Please Note: Training topics, schedules, and content are subjected to change without notice.

Class Room Based Training - Advanced FTD Mercury Training -
FTD's Most Popular Class

Advanced FTD Mercury classroom training is available at FTD’s Corporate Headquarters in Downers Grove, IL. FTD has a state-of-the art training facility that includes 10 classroom-style workstations enabling users to follow along with the trainer.

This style of training is far beyond the training you receive at the time of your install or any other training we can offer. We go much deeper into all areas of the FTD Mercury system and you will be in an environment that will allow you to focus.

Who should attend? Owners, Office Managers and staff that want to improve their overall ability to use the software. This is an excellent way for shops to meet other shops from around the country, network, and trade their own experiences. Please note that this classroom based training, they will learn advanced features/functionality of the FTD Mercury POS system, including Mercury Administration & Mercury Reports.

There is no charge for this training class. You are solely responsible for the transportation in getting to the Downers Grove location. Please click here to learn more about the Advanced FTD Mercury classes.

Web Based Training - Webinars

Webinars are offered to you in the convenience of your own home, business, local coffee shop, or basically any place with a phone, computer, and an Internet connection. Webinars are offered to you and your staff at no additional charge. Please note that you are welcome to attend as many webinars as you like or as often as you like. All webinars will have a Q&A session at the end of the session.

How does a Webinar Work? Webinars are very similar to a seminar but over the Web/internet instead of in a room. First, you go to a Web site provided by FTD Mercury which enables you to see Mercury or the screen of what the webinar is covering. Then, you dial an 800 number with a special pass code provided by FTD Mercury which enables you to hear what the trainer is saying.

Please note that the length of webinars stated accounts for about 10 - 15 minutes for a Q&A session. Additional time may be needed for all questions to be answered.

We have several topics available, please click here to learn more.
