Editing Existing Orders

Once you perform a Ticket Search and select a ticket, you can edit the ticket in Order Entry or Point of Sale.

To edit an existing order:

  1. On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, either click Order Entry or Point of Sale.
  2. Click Lookup. The Ticket Search window opens.
  3. Enter search criteria to locate the ticket and click Search.
  4. From the results list, double-click on the ticket you want to edit. It opens in Order Entry or Point of Sale (depending on where you opened Ticket Search).
  5. Edit information as needed.
  6. Click Update.
  7. If required, enter your employee name, password, and optionally any notes in the Audit Trail window and click OK.
