Offerline

The Offerline is seen only when a customer is searching for a shop at www.ftdfloristsonline.com. The “Offerline” is located UNDER the shop name.

In order to change the Offerline:

Login to Web Portal and click on the Administration Tab at the top
On the left, click on Content. This will open the content menu on the left.
Under Content on the left, click on Offerline.
Input the text that you would like to display to your customer(s). There is a maximum of 40 characters (including spaces).
When finished editing, click on “Update”.

Other pieces of information that are listed at www.ftdfloristsonline.com are:

Shop name
Shop Address
Sunday Delivery - Add store hours for Sunday to your site to see this symbol added
Unique Designs - Add a custom product to your site for this symbol to be added
International Delivery - Turn on International Deliveries on your site for this symbol to be added
Pick-up - Activate pick-up availability on your site for this symbol to be added
24 Hour Phone Service - Add a 24 hour phone number to your site for this symbol to be added
