Viewing Request History in FTD Florist Directory Administration

When you have submitted a request to FTD Directory Services, an entry in the history log is created so you can see the request status and details.

To view your request history:

1. In FTD Florist Directory Administration, click the History link. The Maintenance History page opens.
2. For each request, you can view the submission date, the update type, the florist code, the status, and the date of the last status change. If you want to see information about the request, click the View Details link.
