This web based training session is approximately an hour long and will cover the Mercury Marketing Wizard for both direct mail and email. While not every scenario can be covered, at the end of this web based training you will have enough information to be able to create email & direct mail reminders, letters, and general marketing.
The web based training specifically covers:
- Holiday Reminder Direct Mail Campaign
- Birthday Reminder E-Mail Campaign
- Scheduling Campaigns (i.e., scheduling a birthday reminder to automatically create the list on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Note: FTD Mercury will create the lists & letters or a list for email campaigns. It does not send any letter or email message automatically, as it requires user interaction.
- General information regarding Constant Contact is reviewed to illustrate the beginning processes of email campaigns.
- Analyzing campaigns to see which campaigns yielded results for your business
After the web based training you can take what you have learned from the webinar to create the following types of direct mail & e-mail campaigns.

Advaced Marketing with Mercury Werbinar (Time: 1.5 hours)
Please note that taking the Advanced Marketing Webinar assumes you are already familiar with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word. Knowledge of Excel & Word are required in order to successfully complete an Advanced Marketing Campaign.
The webinar session is about 1 hour and a half long. Not every scenario will be covered but at the end of this webinar you will have enough information to be able to create a list for:
- Market to Customers based on Order Total
- Market to Customers who sent arrangements to certain delivery zones
- Market to Customers with Special Categories
- Market to Customers with certain Occasion Codes
- Market to Recipients

Using Constant Contact with Mercury Marketing Webinar
This webinar session will last roughly an hour to an hour and a half long. You will be able to see and follow along as we login into Constant Contact, upload (send) our email list to Constant Contact, and then go through the steps required to get an email sent off.
Constant Contact provides you the tools such as:
- How many people reported your email as Spam
- How many people choose to Opt-Out of your emails
- How many people opened your email or clicked to go to your website
Also available are pre-written e-mails to save you time and can be linked with your FOL site for FOL subscribers. ddd
