Attending this web based training requires you to have existing knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. This web based training does not cover the required skills needed in Microsoft Word or Excel.

The web based training session is about an hour long. Not every scenario can be covered but at the end of this web based training you will have enough information to be able to create a list for:

  • Market to Customers based on Order Total
  • Market to Customers who sent arrangements to certain delivery zones
  • Market to Customers with Special Categories
  • Market to Customers with certain Occasion Codes
  • Market to Recipients
  • Market to individuals with certain referral codes on orders
  • Many more options are available depending on your needs and software capability
