Viewing Customer Statistics

1. On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click Customer Search.
2. Perform a customer search for the customer.
3. Double-click on the customer’s name in the results list. The Customer Detail Information window opens for this customer.
4. Click the Statistics tab.
5. Once you have finished viewing statistics, click Escape to close the window.
