CC Retrieval

Read below to retrieve the credit card information for an order that you received from your website.

NOTE: For PCIstandards, credit card data is not stored for longer than 7 business days. If your order is over 7 days old you MUST contact the consumer to obtain the credit card data
NOTE: The necessary data to process and order is ALWAYS transmitted with the order to your store. It should never be necessary to pull CC data from the web portal unless the order print out has been lost or the order cannot be processed via your Mercury POS Software for some other reason.

Retrieving Credit Card Information

1. Login to the Web Portal at http://myftdsite.com with your shop code, user ID, and Password. If you've forgotten your password please see Forgot_Password
2. Choose "Reports" from the tabs at the top
3. Select "Orders" from the menu on the left.
4. Enter the order ID and click submit
   1. If you don't know the order ID, simply select the date from the time where the order occurred and click submit
5. Click the order number for the order for which you need the Credit Card info.
6. In the resulting table that displays, scroll to the "Credit Card Details" section
7. Click the "See CC Details" link, a new window will open
8. For security reasons you will be asked for your login information again, enter that information and click Submit
9. The credit card data along with expiration date will be displayed
