Forgot Password

Have you forgotten your password to log into the web portal (http://myftdsite.com)? Proceed below to recover your password if you have forgotten it or your password has expired.

NOTE: This is different than having locked your account, if you receive the message "For security reasons your account has been locked and will be available again in 30 minutes." you must wait 30 minutes or contact FOL Support

Resetting your Password

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the address http://myftdsite.com
  2. Choose forgot password from the login box
  3. Entering your member number and user ID and click submit
  4. A temporary password should be emailed to you.
  5. When you log in with the new password you will be prompted to create a new one.

Things to Remember

  • Passwords generated with the Forgot Password tool contain both Letters and Numbers
  • Some ISPs filter email from Florists Online, if you don't receive the email try a second time or call FOL Support and have the password reset for you.
