Automatic Software Updates

FTD Mercury supports automatic software updates and will automatically download updates to FTD Mercury, including critical and non-critical patches. If you are configured to automatically install the updates, during the installation period (defined in the General tab under Settings), fully downloaded updates are installed.

When the installation period begins and there are downloaded updates, a window appears giving you the option of postponing the installations until the next installation period. If you do not select to install later, FTD Mercury automatically begins installation five minutes later. |
Automatic Software Updates are configured using the Automatic Software Updates window.
