Searching for Mercury Messages

1. If you are searching from the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click the Message button from the Search area at the top right of the window. If you are searching from Order Entry or Point of Sale, click the Message Center button. In both cases, the Message Center window opens.
2. In the Search Parameters area, enter the criteria you want to use to locate the message. When you have entered all desired parameters, click Search.NOTE If you enter more than one search parameter, for a message to be included in the results list, it must

match all parameters.

1. Messages that meet the criteria entered appear in the results area.
