If you’ve forgotten your Mercury Cloud password, you can reset it from the login screen.

  1. Navigate to the Mercury Cloud login screen.
  2. Type your account ID in the Account ID field.
  3. Type your user ID in the User ID field.
  4. Click I forgot my password.
  5. Type your pre-provided security answer in the security question field and click Proceed.
Note: If your answer didn’t match the security question answer you previously provided, you can try again. After the tenth attempt, your account will be locked and you’ll need to contact your system administrator to regain access.
  6. Type your new password in the Enter New Password field. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and a maximum of 20 characters. They must also contain at least one number and one uppercase character.
  7. Retype your new password in the Verify New Password field.
  8. Click Proceed to set your new password.
Tip: If you’re not ready to set your new password, click Cancel to return to the Mercury Cloud login page.
