Many items have availability dates built into them. This is because they are either a seasonal item (for a specific holiday or time of the year) or because the flowers are generally only available at a specific time of the year.
It is possible that you offer the items year-round, or that you have the item available before other people. If this is the case, you can override the availability date of the item.
In order to override the availability date:
- Login to Web Portal
- Click on the Administration tab at the top, and then Products on the left
- Under Products, click on Product Activation/Prices
- If you only need to change a single product, you can search for that product using the product code. If you have multiple to change, select the portion of the Floral Selection Guide that you would like to update.
- Click on the box Override Availability to add or remove this option. A check mark means that the availability is overridden by you.
- At the bottom click submit
By default, only available items will be listed in categories, so along with overriding the availability date, you will also need to add the item to a category.
