- On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click the Product Search button. The Product Search window opens.
- Enter your search parameters and click Search.
- From the results list, double-click on the product you want to delete. The product opens in the Product Entry window.
- Click Delete. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion. Click Yes.
- Click Escape to close the Product Search window.
