The Search menu consists of the following commands:

Command Description
Ticket Search Opens the Ticket Search window and automatically performs a search for tickets from today’s date and before.

This command corresponds to the Ticket Search button on the FTD Mercury Main Menu.
Message Search Opens the Message Center and automatically performs a search for messages that require your attention.

This command corresponds to the Message Search button on the FTD Mercury Main Menu.
Florist Search Opens the Florist Search window.

This command corresponds to the Florist Search button on the FTD Mercury Main Menu.
Customer Search Opens the Customer Search window.
