The Customer Credit Card window contains the following fields:

| Name | Enter the name of the customer as displayed on the front of the credit card. |
| Number | Enter the account number displayed on the front of the card. When you enter the account number, the Type field will fill in automatically. |
| Type | The type of credit card. This is automatically populated based on the account number. |
| Expiration Date | Enter the month and year of the card’s expiration. |
