The Printer Form Settings window allows you to configure the printers and trays associated with each form on a store-by-store basis. You need to configure printer form settings on each FTD Mercury system where you will enter customer orders.
Each form type is listed in the Form column. For each form, you can select the printer you want to use for that form, and the tray on that printer. All printers available on the computer are available for selection, including any network printers you have already set up using the Add Printer Wizard.
