The Signature Capture screen provides a field to capture the card holder’s signature. This screen appears after the credit card has been authorized via the Credit Card Authorization In Progress screen.
The approved amount is shown on the screen above the signature space. To complete the signature, the card holder uses their finger. If the card holder is not present, no signature is required and you can tap Skip to move to the SMS and Email Entry screen. To clear the signature and try again, tap Clear. To save the signature and move to the SMS and Email Entry screen, tap Save.
The signature is not saved to the local device, uploaded to FTD Mercury Point of Sale, or available to be viewed on the application.
