1. On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, on the Management menu, click Gift Card Activity. The Gift Card Activity window opens.
2. If you have more than one store, select the correct store from the Store list.
3. In the Active Gift Cards area, highlight a gift card number, or enter a gift card number in the Gift Card Number field and click Search. The transactions for the gift card will appear in the Gift Card Activity area.
