Current revision

If you need to disable Address Verification for some orders, FTD Mercury enables you to do so. This may happen if Address Verification returns an incorrect city for an address; if you do not disable verification when you enter the correct city, Address Verification will attempt to verify it again, perpetuating the cycle.

To enable Address Verification override:

  1. On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click the Tools menu, and then click Settings. The FTD Mercury Configuration Window opens.
  2. Check the Enable Address Verification Override box.
  3. Click Save.
