General Ledger Export History allows you to view summaries of previous GL exports to QuickBooks. You can also print the Balance Summary Report for any of the exports.

To access GL Export History:

1. On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click Accounting. The Accounting module opens.
2. Click GL Export.

To print the Balance Summary Report for any of the exports:
Highlight the export and then click Print Balance Summary Report. To see an example of the Balance Summary Report, see Sample Balancing Summary Report (page 1).

To print a report that lists the journal entries created during the export:
Click Print GL Export Report.
