You use Mercury Administration to enable the Dashboard for each server that you want to monitor. Use the steps below to enable the Dashboard in Mercury Administration.
- Log into FTD Mercury.
- On the Tools menu, select Mercury Administration.
- In Mercury Administration, double-click on the System Folder icon.
- Double-click on the Advanced Settings icon.
- Select the Monitor Dashboard Events box.
- In the Events Polling Interval field, enter the number of minutes you want the Dashboard to wait before it refreshes. This can be from 1 to 15 minutes, although FTD recommends you leave this setting at its default 1 minute interval.
- Click Apply to save your changes.
After completing these steps, you must also enable the Dashboard on each terminal where it will be displayed.
