To generate statements:
- On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click Statements. To generate a statement for an individual customer, bring up that customer record and in the Statement tab, click New Statement.
- In the Generate Statements Window, in the Store Name field, select the store for which you wish to generate statements. If you are a single-store environment, you will only see your store name. If you are multi-store environment, and you are not allocating payments across all stores, you will see each individual store as well as All Stores. If you are a multi-store and allocate payments across all stores, you will only see All Stores.
- In the Billing Cycle field, highlight the cycle(s) for which you are generating statements.
