The Your Message window opens when you click a message in the Dashboard message grid. At the top of the window, the message sender is displayed in the From field. The Received field displays the date and time the message was received. The Subject field displays the message’s subject line. Below the header information, the text from the message is displayed. The entire window is read only.
At the bottom of the window, there are three buttons:
- Print: Prints the message to the default Windows printer.
- Delete: Deletes the message, closes the Your Message window, and refreshes the Dashboard so the message no longer appears in the Your Messages area.
- Close: Closes the window and returns you to the Dashboard. If the message had previously been unread (and displayed in boldfaced text in the Your Messages are on Dashboard), the message is now marked as read (and displayed in normal text).
