If you’re not an admin or manager, you’ll log in to Mercury Cloud as a user. During your initial login, you’ll log in with the account ID, user ID, and password your admin or manager supplied. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll change your password and set your security questions.
Logging in for the first time
- Navigate to Mercury Cloud.
- Type the account ID your admin or manager provided in the Account ID field.
- Type the user ID your admin or manager provided in the User ID field.
- Type the password your admin or manager provided in the Password field.
- Click Log In to set a new password and set your security questions.
- Type your new password in the Enter New Password field. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and a maximum of 20 characters. They must also contain at least one number and one uppercase character.
- Retype your new password in the Verify New Password field.
- Click Proceed to set your new password.
- Tip: If you’re not ready to set your new password, click Cancel to return to the Mercury Cloud login page.
- Select three security questions from the dropdowns.
- Type your security question answers in the Answer fields.
- Click Proceed to set your security questions and answers. You’ll be automatically logged in to Mercury Cloud.
- Tip: If you’re not ready to set your security questions and answers, click Cancel to return to the Mercury Cloud login page.
Logging in after you’ve set up your account
- Navigate to Mercury Cloud.
- Type your account ID in the Account ID field.
- Type your user ID in the User ID field.
- Type your Mercury Cloud password in the Password field.
- Click Log In.
