If no orders have been placed for a funeral, you can use the Funeral Log window to delete the funeral. Funerals for which orders have been placed remain in the Funeral Log until the orders associated with the funeral have been purged by your system.
To remove funerals from the funeral log:
- In the Funeral Log window, enter criteria to locate the funeral. You can search using Recipient Name, Facility Name, Start Date, City/State, or some combination of search parameters.
- Click Search.
- From the results list, select the funeral that you want to remove and click Remove.
