The Update Facility Request window opens when you click the Edit Facility link for a facility from the Maintain Facilities page. The existing information for the facility is displayed; change the information as necessary if you know it is incorrect.
When you click Save, the request will be sent to FTD Directory Services, who will verify information for the facility before updating it in the master facility list.
