Current revision
To terminate an employee in your system:
- Access the Employees screen in Mercury Administration.
- Double-click the name of the employee you want to terminate.
- Click Terminate.
- When the Terminate Employee window opens, enter the date of termination for the employee and click Terminate.
- When prompted for whether you want to terminate the employee, click Yes.
Once you exit Mercury Administration and re-launch it, the terminate employee’s name appears in the Employees screen with a red X through it.
