To set the preferred status for a florist:
- In the Florist Search window click the current preferred status. This will be First Choice, Preferred, Normal, or Do Not Use.
- In the Preferred Status Window, select the new preferred status.
- Click Save.
The Preferred Status window closes, and the Florist Search window refreshes, indicating the new status. The results will now reflect the status, based on results list ordering.
