The Offerline is seen only when a customer is searching for a shop at www.ftdfloristsonline.com. The “Offerline” is located UNDER the shop name.
In order to change the Offerline:
- Login to Web Portal and click on the Administration Tab at the top
- On the left, click on Content. This will open the content menu on the left.
- Under Content on the left, click on Offerline.
- Input the text that you would like to display to your customer(s). There is a maximum of 40 characters (including spaces).
- When finished editing, click on “Update”.
Other pieces of information that are listed at www.ftdfloristsonline.com are:
- Shop name
- Shop Address
- Sunday Delivery - Add store hours for Sunday to your site to see this symbol added
- Unique Designs - Add a custom product to your site for this symbol to be added
- International Delivery - Turn on International Deliveries on your site for this symbol to be added
- Pick-up - Activate pick-up availability on your site for this symbol to be added
- 24 Hour Phone Service - Add a 24 hour phone number to your site for this symbol to be added
