Current revision

To terminate an employee in your system:

  1. Access the Employees screen in Mercury Administration.
  2. Double-click the name of the employee you want to terminate.
  3. Click Terminate.
  4. When the Terminate Employee window opens, enter the date of termination for the employee and click Terminate.
  5. When prompted for whether you want to terminate the employee, click Yes.

Once you exit Mercury Administration and re-launch it, the terminate employee’s name appears in the Employees screen with a red X through it.
