Checking for Mercury Direct Connectivity
To check for Mercury Direct Connectivity:
- On the Mercury Direct Main Menu, click General Message.
- You need to send a message to FTD Headquarters. In the Florist Code field, enter 90-5034AA.
- In Message Details, set Priority to X – Express.
- In Text or Reason, enter "Testing System" and your current time and date. For example, enter "Testing system, 7:30PM 3/10/2011".
- In the Operator field, enter your name.
- Click Submit.
- When you return to the Mercury Direct Main Menu, click Transmit Now.
You should receive a verified copy in 15 minutes. If you don’t, contact Mercury Support.
