This information applies to FTD Mercury X2 Fall and later versions and Mercury Connect. For Mercury Direct 5.0 or later versions, see Mercury Direct: Facility Search.
To search for a florist who serves a facility:
- In FTD Mercury, perform a Facility Search from either the Search menu on the FTD Mercury Main Menu, from Order Entry or Point of Sale, or from the Funeral Log.
- In the Facility Search window, enter search criteria for the facility. You can search by city and state/province, ZIP/postal code, and/or facility name. Be sure to select the appropriate facility type (hospital, funeral home, or nursing home). Click Search.
- Facilities matching your search criteria are listed in the results list and displayed on the map.
- Click the Find Florists link for a facility to display florists who serve the facility.
- If there are florists who serve the facility, the florist search displays a listing of those florists. If no florists are linked to the facility, you can click a link in the results list to find a florist that services the area.
