This information applies to FTD Mercury X2 Fall and later versions.

To set the preferred status for a florist:

  1. In the Florist Search window click the current preferred status. This will be Always Use, Preferred, Normal, or Do Not Use.
  2. In the Preferred Status Window, select the new preferred status.
  3. Click Save.

The Preferred Status window closes, and the Florist Search window refreshes, indicating the new status. The results will now reflect the status, based on results list ordering.
