By default, the Mercury Messages button on the Dashboard will pulse when an order has been unattached for 60 minutes. You can change this interval in Mercury Administration.

To change the unattached Mercury Message alert threshold:

  1. In Mercury Administration, double-click on the System Folder icon.
  2. Double-click on the Advanced Settings icon. The Advanced Settings screen opens.
  3. In the Unattached Mercury Order Alert, set the number of minutes an unattached order can remain in your system prior to the Mercury Messages button begins to pulse. FTD recommends you leave this at the default 60 minutes. (This setting is designed to assist you in handling inbound orders in a timely manner, especially since these orders are subject to Delayed Response Program rules).
  4. Click Apply to save your changes before exiting this screen.
