Creating and sending an order
You can create an order in Mercury Cloud. When creating an order, you can specify the recipient, delivery, product, and florist information, as well as a message for the enclosure card.
Acknowledging an order
You can acknowledge a message to mark that you have read the message without needing to reply.
Acknowledging and printing an order
You can acknowledge and print a message to mark that you have read the message without needing to reply and print the message.
Confirming a delivery
You can confirm a delivery in the Alerts section of the Mercury Cloud dashboard.
