You must mark your route complete when you are finished with your deliveries. If you do not mark your route complete, the orders will not be removed from the phone, and your route will still be “in progress” in Mercury Delivery.
To complete a route from the phone:
- From any cellular phone with caller ID, call 651-209-0495.
- When prompted for a PIN number, type your employee PIN number (which was generated in Step 5: Create Wireless Employees on the Gearworks Web Site (Support Assisted) on page 14–56).
- Follow the prompts to mark the route complete, then to confirm complete.
- Hang up the phone when you are instructed to do so.
