When you receive the new Mercury Upgrade via mail you should be aware of the changes in the new release of FTD Mercury.  So, we would like to extend the invitation to your entire staff as well as yourself to attend a Mercury X Webinar.

The purpose behind this webinar is to inform your staff as well as you of the changes once the upgrade has been installed.  This webinar session is 45 minutes to an hour long and will cover all the major changes and some additional features available.  We will cover how to wire out an order, wire out an order that has been rejected, attach an incoming wire order, and many other topics.

Members uprgarding from X to X1, there is no need to attend a webinar.  In fact the upgrade is easier to perform over the X upgrade and there were no cosmetic changes. Members upgrading from FTD Mercury 8 or lower to FTD Mercury X or X1 are strongly encouraged to attend this webinar.  The FTD Mercury main menu, order entry screen, and POS order entry screen have undergone cosmetic changes.  The process in whice wire ins, wire outs, entering products into an order, address verification, and other tasks have changed.
