When a driver is ready to mark an order Delivered or Not Delivered, he or she should follow the procedure below.

#When prompted for a PIN number, type your employee PIN number (which was generated in [[Setting Up Wireless Delivery Confirmation#Step 5: Create Wireless Employees on the Gearworks Web Site (Support Assisted)|Step 5: Create Wireless Employees on the Gearworks Web Site (Support Assisted)]] on page 14–56).
#After you type the PIN number, your orders are listed numerically. Press the number of the order that you want mark Delivered/Not Delivered.
#Delivery codes are then listed numerically. Type the number of the delivery code that you want to assign to the order.
#To mark another order, press ** (press the star button twice). This returns you to the Main Menu so that you can perform another action.
#When you are finished marking orders, hang up the phone. Once you key in a delivery code for the order, the order is removed from the list of orders. The only way to change the status of the order is to manually change it at the shop upon return.
