Starting the Mercury Direct Client

The Mercury Direct Client is the program that you use to enter orders and messages, and search for messages, products, florists, facilities, etc. The Mercury Direct Client does not start automatically when your computer starts up.

To access the Mercury Direct Client main menu, double click the Mercury Direct Terminal icon on your desktop: If you double click on the Mercury Direct Terminal icon and you receive a message that says “The Mercury Direct Control Panel appears not to be running. Do you want to start it?,” click the Yes button to start the Mercury Direct Control Panel. You can click No if you do not want to start the Mercury Direct Control Panel, however you will not be able to send or receive orders or messages.
