  1. Plug the GPS device into the USB port on your computer.
  2. In Mercury Delivery, click the GPS Device button on the toolbar. The PoiLoader window opens.
  3. On the Welcome panel, click Next.
  4. On the Device Search panel, if the Garmin StreetPilot c330, StreetPilot c340, or Nuvi 350 GPS device is not automatically found, click Find Device. Once the device has been found, click Next.
  5. Click Remove all previously installed custom POI’s from your device and click Next.
  6. When a message appears stating To reinstall custom POI’s you will need to run POI Loader again. Are you sure you want to proceed? click Yes.
  7. On the Finish screen, click Finish.

Your Garmin GPS unit will reset after the route has been removed.
