Current revision

By default, your shop only serves the city in which it is located. Information about your shop is displayed in the Main Store area of the Maintain Service Area page. If you also wish to serve other cities and have those reflected in the FTD Florist Directory, you must add Also Serve cities. Each city is added at for a nominal fee.

To add an Also Serve listing in FTD Florist Directory Administration:

  1. Click the Service Area button.
  2. In the City field, enter the name of the city you wish to add as an Also Serve listing.
  3. From the State/Province list, select the state or province for the city.
  4. Click the Add City button.
  5. The Add Directory Listing page opens, from which you can configure FTD Florist Directory listing options. (The Add Directory Listing page is identical to the Maintain Directory Listing page.)
  6. Once you have finished configuring options for your listing, click Update.
