If you have an order with an unverified address that you know the location for, you can link the order to a pushpin on the map and then add it to your delivery route. This is especially useful if you have new housing developments that have yet to be included in the address verification database, or if you have a military base in your delivery area that may not be covered in address verification.

Linking Orders

To link an order with an unverified address to a pushpin via the Order Tree:

  1. Select the unmapped order in the order tree by clicking on it.
  2. Select the pushpin on the map by clicking on it.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click the order and select Link Order
    • Right click the pushpin and select Link Order
    • Click Link Order on the Button Ribbon.

To link multiple orders via the map:

  1. Right click a standalone pushpin in the map.
If there are any unmapped (and unlinked) orders, the Link Order menu item will be expandable to show all of the “linkable” orders. If there is only one linkable order, then the only menu item will be “Link Selected Order”. If there are multiple linkable orders, the system will display a list of the orders in the context menu, allowing the user to select one or more (or all) of the available linkable orders.
  2. Select any orders you wish to link to a pushpin.
The pushpin becomes a multi-order linked pushpin.

Once you have linked the order, you can add the order to the route just as any other order.

Unlinking Orders

To unlink an order that you had previously linked:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click the order and select Unlink Order
    • Right click the pushpin and select Unlink Order
    • Click Unlink Order on the Button Ribbon.
  2. Select the pushpin on the map by clicking on it.
  3. Select the order(s) in the order tree.
