You use Mercury Administration to enable the Dashboard for each server that you want to monitor. Use the steps below to enable the Dashboard.

  1. Log into FTD Mercury.
  2. On the Tools menu and select Mercury Administration.
  3. In Mercury Administration, double-click on the System Folder icon.
  4. Double-click on the Advanced Settings icon.
  5. Select the Monitor Dashboard Events box.
  6. In the Events Polling Interval field, enter the number of minutes you want the Dashboard to wait before it refreshes. This can be from 1 to 15 minutes, although FTD recommends you leave this setting at its default 1 minute interval.
  7. Click Apply to save your changes.
