You can acknowledge and print a message to mark that you have read the message without needing to reply and print the message.

Acknowledging and printing messages in the Mercury Cloud Dashboard

You can acknowledge and print a message in the "Alerts" section of the Mercury Cloud dashboard.

  1. In Alerts, click New Orders, Rejected Orders, or Cancelled Orders, depending on the type of message you want to acknowledge and print.
  2. Navigate to the message whose order you want to acknowledge and print.
  3. Click the arrow in the message details.
  4. At the bottom of the message details, click Acknowledge & Print.


To acknowledge and print multiple messages in the Mercury Cloud dashboard:

  1. In Alerts, click New Orders, Rejected Orders, or Cancelled Orders, depending on the type of messages you want to acknowledge and print.
  2. Click Select All.
  3. Click Acknowledge & Print.


Acknowledging and printing messages in the Message Center

You can acknowledge and print a message in the Message Center.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Message Center.
  2. Search for the message you’d like to acknowledge and print. You can search based on:
    • The message status
    • The message type
    • Whether the message is incoming or outgoing
    • The date the message was received
    Tip: If you aren’t able to find the message you’re looking for, you can perform an advanced search by clicking Advanced Search. You can search for specific dates the message was received or when the order is to be delivered, the recipient’s name, the Mercury order number, information about the other florist’s code, and whether or not related messages are included.
  3. Navigate to the message you want to acknowledge and print.
  4. Click the arrow in the message details.
  5. At the bottom of the message details, click Acknowledge & Print.


To acknowledge multiple messages in the Message Center:

  1. In the left sidebar, click Message Center.
  2. Click Select All.
  3. Click Acknowledge & Print.
