View Settlement Totals Window

The View Settlement Totals window allows you to view all credit card information for a particular settlement. You can open it by double-clicking on a batch in the Credit Card Settlement window.

  • Batch displays general information for that settlement including settlement ID, date of settlement, total number of items, the NDC approval code for the settlement, and the total dollar amount of the settlement.
  • Credit Card displays the number of items purchased with credit cards as well as the total dollar amount for these items for both purchases and refunds.

Click Print to print the information displayed in this window.
