Tracking Employee Time

FTD has partnered with Count Me In to provide you with an easy, efficient way to keep track of your employees’ time. Every time an employee checks in or out, they tap a finger on a scanner that is attached to your PC. After the PC recognizes the employee’s fingerprint, the precise entry or exit time is recorded. This information is then compared to the employee schedule that you set up, and you are notified if there are any discrepancies with the schedule (late arrivals, long breaks, etc.) the next morning.

At the end of the pay period, you can then use Count Me In’s QuickBooks importing tool to import the timeclock information into QuickBooks, where you can run your Payroll and print checks.
