When you receive your new FTD Mercury upgrade, you should be aware of the changes and new features offered in this new release FTD Mercury. So, we would like to extend the invitation to your entire staff as well as yourself to attend an FTD Mercury X or X1 introduction webinar.
Why Should I Attend This Webinar?
The purpose behind this webinar is to inform your staff as well as you of the changes once the upgrade has been installed. This webinar session is 45 minutes to an hour long and will cover all the major changes and some additional features available. We will cover how to wire out an order, wire out an order that has been rejected, attach an incoming wire order, and many other topics.
Upgrading from FTD Mercury X to FTD Mercury X1?
Members uprgarding from FTD Mercury X to FTD Mercury X1, there is no need to attend this webinar, (although you are more then welcome to attend). In fact, the upgrade is easier to perform than the FTD Mercury X upgrade, and there were no cosmetic changes in X1. Please check out the FTD Mercury X1 New & Enhanced Features Guide for details on what was enhanced in FTD Mercury X1.
Upgrading from FTD Mercury 8 or Earlier?
Members upgrading from FTD Mercury 8 or earlier to FTD Mercury X or X1 are strongly encouraged to attend this webinar. The FTD Mercury Main Menu, Order Entry window, and Point of Sale window undergone cosmetic changes. Processes for wire in and wire out messages, entering products into orders, address verification, and other tasks have changed.
